I chose this place for the heated indoor pool, but it was too cold to enjoy during my visit, which was a letdown. On the bright side, the staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and it was relatively quiet despite being on a main road. I'd consider returning in warmer weather.

Location near to the local museums of interest, restaurants and Parkes for the 50th anniversary of the moon landing. Friendliness from the whole staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the standard twin room, plus a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic spot, making it easy to get to events. I really liked that it’s right next to the onsite restaurant and close to local museums worth visiting. 😊.

free parking was provided to the guests. i greatly enjoyed my stay here & can recommend it. a brilliant base for exploring parkes. it is near to the airport.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location

The location was excellent, allowing easy access to nearby attractions, and I appreciated the convenience of parking right at my door. I was disappointed that the advertised amenities, like the spa and restaurant, did not meet my expectations, particularly since the restaurant was closed and the spa was cold.

It was well priced and convenient to our needs.

Nothing The girl was abrupt she took awhile to come to reception she had her mobile in her hand when I asked about breakfast or were I could get some takeaway she just wasn't helpful . And the beds where old and not comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this place, thanks to the great value room that included a bunk bed and the super helpful staff, along with the convenient coffee/tea making machines, refrigerators, and kitchenware provided.

i telephoned ahead 1 week to book for dinner in the restaurant, upon arrival was informed the restaurant is not open on sundays. was not informed of this over the phone. needs to be microwave in room.
